Access to and use of 'biondicouture.com' both within the UK and internationally is provided by Biondi Couture on the following terms:
By using biondicouture.com you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of biondicouture.com.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
No contract will subsist between you and Biondi Couture Limited for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Biondi Couture Limited has despatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Biondi Couture Limited irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error;
Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
How to Return Goods
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us:
Please complete the returns form accompanying your order indicating which items you are returning and stating whether you would like an exchange (different size or different product) or refund. Please also indicate the reason for the refund or replacement.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Return of Faulty Goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should alert us by email to returns@biondicouture.com at the earliest opportunity, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. We will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
Payment and taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Solo and Visa Electron. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.?All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 15%.
When ordering goods from Biondi Couture Limited for delivery overseas the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Biondi Couture Limited, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. International customers and customers dispatching products internationally should be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Security checks
As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit cards, we carry out random security checks on orders. These can take various forms, and from time to time it may be necessary for us to ask you to provide a copy of a recent statement header for the card being used on your order. Please note that we are only interested in confirming information already provided on your order, i.e. the billing name and address and card issuer details, and do not need to see actual transactions, which can be covered up. In case you have any concerns regarding security, we can assure you that all information is shredded as soon as we have confirmed the details required.
